Typical Boundary Survey Process

Step 1: P.B.I.F. (Preliminary Boundary Information File) Fee = $975 for the review of the Chain of Title for the Subject Property, including the Current Abutters Deed and Record Information, Including, but not limited to, Ancient Original Lotting Information, Railroad and/or Highway Information, and Municipal Tax Map Information. This comprehensive examination is conducted to determine the current status of the Subject Property.  The PBIF process, at this stage, does not involve any on-site visits.  Upon completion of this stage, we will prepare a Written Fixed Fee Proposal for a Property Boundary Survey.  This proposal will be accompanied by an Aerial Photo Sketch Scope of Work, based on the gathered information.

Step 2: Receipt of Deposit, as per Written Proposal, Serves as Notice to Proceed with Boundary Survey

Step 3: Survey Field Work 

Step 4: Office Work - Data Processing & Boundary Calculations

Step 5: Monumentation of Corners 

Step 6: Creation  of Survey Plan for Record Purposes

Step 7: Delivery of Signed & Embossed Survey Plan
